Hello, my name is Javita McTear. I have been an employee of Cleveland Metropolitan School District since 2000. I am a graduate of Shaw High School in East Cleveland. I am currently a Paraprofessional at Mary M. Bethune, working with MH, K-1 scholars. I love working with kids. We work extremely hard as a team here at Mary M. Bethune to make sure our scholars put forth their best effort to reach their highest level of potential in every way.
